Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change what I can, and the wisdom to know the difference

Extract from 'The Serenity Prayer’

Courage is not the absence of Fear,

but the Triumph over it.

Welcome

Thank you for coming. As a therapist it is my aim to provide a comfortable and personable space during sessions that is individual to you and takes into account your life, relationships, values, commitments, and needs. I aim to support you in exploring your true self and manifesting better in the life you lead.

I have a focus on empowerment and mastery of self, allowing people to take charge of their lives again, break free from limiting and destructive patterns of thinking and behaviour, and to ensure that they can access their full potential and live a rich and meaningful life they are proud of.

I use a variety of techniques and theoretical models to achieve this, including classical therapies from the big names like Freud, Rogers, and Jung; alongside more modern brief solution therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

“After having many therapists with different specialisms and qualifications for 15 years, the therapy that Kris provided was spot on. He helped to give me the full picture and fill in the gaps in my awareness of what my problems were and what solutions were possible to move forwards.

Kris is very personable and was able to sum up in just a few sessions some of the issues I have been touching on for years.”
